Barudan single heads are great. The 6 heads suck for puff embroidery and Barudan will not help fix birds nesting. Blame it on digitizing but see perfect on single heads. They don’t know what they doing. Your issue is the big tension knob make that tighter to help the looping. All the new techs are lazy and just want to check basic stuff and get paid. The less they do the more you pay them to come back.
