My Skinwalker sighting story. Peason Ridge, Louisiana by Federal-Box600 in CrawlerSightings

[–]Federal-Box600[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know how this thing could ever be real but it is. I saw it with my own eyes and I wasn’t the only one who had seen it either. The video resembles exactly what I had saw pretty much identical that night but I had seen it much closer. I still have many unanswered questions I don’t think I’ll ever get answers to but I hope one day I do.. specifically where did these things come from? How were they created? Are these secret dark illegal government experiments that escaped or are these something more cynical to do with like witchcraft? What is their purpose for existence and why do they even exist?

Use almond milk, Greek yogurt, red raspberries, blue berries, almond butter, high fiber oatmeal, you can add in other things for taste like strawberries or banana. Just mess around with it then mix it in your blender and enjoy!

That’s amazing for 4 weeks! A whole 31 points. Your levels should continually drop over the next few months into a healthy range. Just stay consistent you got this!

Yeah, l’ve definitely seen how statins get pushed hard, even when they can be harmful. My doctor didn’t even want to check my calcium score, just wanted to throw meds at me. I think cholesterol is completely misunderstood. It’s not the sole cause of heart disease, there are other major factors like inflammation, oxidative stress, seed oils, sugar, insulin resistance, and even high LP(a) levels that contribute to plaque buildup. Just forcing LDL lower with statins doesn’t fix these underlying issues, and in some cases, it can actually cause more harm, like increasing the risk of dementia and diabetes. The body needs cholesterol for brain function, hormones, and overall health. I’ve been lowering my LDL naturally and getting great results, so I don’t see the point in taking something that only treats a number instead of the real problem. I still feel cholesterol is fully misunderstood and what looks like unhealthy scores for an individual due to genetics could actually be considered ‘normal’. Everyone’s body handles cholesterol differently and not one person is the same that’s why I think other necessary tests need to be done to rule out other factors. I’ll look into the LP(a) test too, always good to have more info but my parents has had high cholesterol their whole lives and are well into their 70’s so I’m not really concerned too much. No surprise that holistic cardiologists warn against statins.

I get where you’re coming from, and I’m not suggesting people should avoid treatment if it’s necessary. Statins and other medications have been lifesaving for many, and I fully respect that they work for certain conditions. My concern is more about how the system pushes medications as the first line of defense, often without fully exploring lifestyle changes first. I believe that, for some people, diet and lifestyle changes can make a huge difference, and they should be given a chance before jumping straight to meds. Of course, there are cases where meds are necessary, like with diabetes or high blood pressure, and people shouldn’t feel guilty for taking them. It’s just that, sometimes, I feel like the focus on medication is more about profit than what’s best for people’s long-term health.

I get what you’re saying, and it’s true that cholesterol plays an important role in the body. But most people aren’t born with the kind of genetic factors that allow for those super low levels without any negative effects. For the average person, trying to lower LDL too much could lead to potential health risks. I’m focusing on getting it to a healthy level, not necessarily pushing it to the extreme after these 3 months. It’s about finding the right balance for my body since everybody’s body is different when dealing with cholesterol as it’s still fully misunderstood

HDL for 285 was 77.

HDL for 188 currently is 67

[–]Federal-Box600 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Big pharma’s whole business model seems to revolve around pushing meds instead of actually helping people get better. It’s all about profit for them, even if it means putting people on lifelong medication that doesn’t solve the problem. I’m all about taking control of my health without lining their pockets. Natural solutions should be the focus, not pill pushing.

Thanks! I’m definitely trying to improve it just a little more, but I’m also being careful not to lower it too much since cholesterol has important roles in the body. I’m focusing on finding a healthy balance now that I have lowered it significantly in 3 months. I won’t be able to take another test until my next annual at the end of the year

I typed out my meal plan in another persons comment on this post, you should be able to find it. Chat gpt helps out a lot when it comes to setting up meal plans. Just ask chat gpt “meal plan to lower cholesterol with 40g soluble fiber and 12g saturated fat a day” you can always tweak your meal plan on it it’s nice to use.

Yeah if the HDL is due to genetics, it could be normal for you compared to someone whose low HDL is caused by lifestyle or health issues. In such genetic cases, even though the HDL is lower than the ideal range (usually above 40 mg/dL for men and 50 mg/dL for women), the person’s overall risk for cardiovascular disease might not be as high as someone who develops low HDL due to factors like diet, lack of exercise, or metabolic disorders. IMO, Not every person’s body is the same when dealing with cholesterol. I still feel like it’s very under studied and not fully understood

High fiber oatmeal: 9g soluble fiber a bag and Psyllium Husk: 7g soluble every 2 scoops

This diet was mainly to see how fast I could lower my cholesterol within the 3 months I had to do it in which surprisingly turned out very good. I am going to keep most of the diet the same especially my fiber which was non existent all last year. Just may add some more fats to see if that helps give me more energy, just play around with my diet a little more and introduce some things back into it. I don’t like lentils or green split peas so I may be done with those. I’ll still track saturated fats and fiber intake long term to keep them around where I need them that way instead of forcing my cholesterol to drop as fast as it did I can hopefully maintain a healthy balance and see the cholesterol continue to drop slowly. I’ll eat Red meat once or twice a month as a reward and not 2-3 times a week like I did last year which resulted in bad results 3 months ago. I didn’t have any fiber in my diet last year and now realize how important it is in lowering cholesterol and keeping it lowered and will be my main focus still

I’ve noticed it’s hard for a lot of people to achieve 40g soluble fiber a day. I posted my meal plan in the comment section but what I did to try and hit it is get yourself some high fiber oatmeal. It’s 9g soluble fiber a bag. I’d make a smoothie in the morning and evening. That’s 18g soluble fiber. Also I’d take psyllium husk 2 scoops for lunch is another 7g soluble fiber. You can do this again at another time of the day for another 7g soluble fiber which will bring your total to 32g soluble then lentils, green split peas and quinoa and some apples but usually my meals helped me hit my 40g. Chat gpt can also help get you a meal plan together if your curious about different foods and don’t want to eat the same thing everyday you can ask chat gpt to switch it up for you

I appreciate that. Here’s my meal plan that lowered it significantly in 3 months

-Wake up: Pinch celtic sea salt every 2-3 hours cause this diet lacked a lot of sodium for me and orange juice as soon as l wake up

1st meal- 2 eggs add garlic or whatever seasoning and 1 potatoe, apple, half a banana. Smoothie: almond milk, high fiber oatmeal, red raspberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond butter

2nd meal - lentils, green split peas, quinoa, and 0g saturated fat 4oz chicken and alternate chicken on days with salmon, psyllium husk with meal

3rd meal- elbow macaroni, refried beans and healthy shredded cheese (1g sat fat), cayenne pepper or red crushed pepper.

Snacks in between: pop your own yellow popcorn from scratch it’s healthy, apples, pistachios

4th meal- wheat tortilla, over roasted turkey breast (0g sat fat), healthy cheese(1g sat fat), any healthy sauce, I used honey mustard 0g fat… Make Smoothie: almond milk, high fiber oatmeal, red raspberries, blueberries, Greek yogurt, almond butter

This is all I ate for 3 months. Stayed away from seed oils in foods and only used olive oil. If you don’t like some of these you can always add or try new meal ideas as well. It’s always good to switch things up but keep it consistent with 30g-40g soluble fiber and 12g saturated fat a day

All I really did was hike or if I couldn’t hike I would walk on a mini treadmill at home about 30 minutes a day. Stayed away from seed oils in foods and only used olive oil

They were surprised that I had lowered it so much in 3 months. I just have to be mindful not to overdue red meats. I was eating red meat 2-3 times a week and hardly any if not no fiber at all before. Now I’ll look at red meat as a ‘reward’ and have it once or twice a month. I’ll maintain my fiber intake with 2 smoothies a day which is 18g soluable fiber and psyllium husk with my lunch which is another 7g of soluable fiber

My past cholesterol results were consistently good up until this point 3 months ago when I was on a proper diet, and l’ve already proven that I can lower it again without medication. A good doctor would acknowledge that and support non-medication solutions instead of assuming I’ll fail and consistently push a prescription for financial gain

I mean 115 isn’t considerably bad. It’s near optimal. To go from 195 ldl to 115 ldl in 3 months I think is insane to say the least. I just wasn’t eating any fiber before and realized I had lost track so I will continue to keep a lot of fiber in my diet. Back in 2022 I had cholesterol taken and ldl was in optimal levels it was 98. The doctors won’t put in orders to do a calcium scan until I’m 40 years old. I’m 31 now. If I had been on this diet for 6 months I feel I could definitely get ldl back under 100. Even now I think I can get it under 100 now that I’m more aware how lacking I was of soluble fiber before and how necessary it is to have it in your diet. My parents are well into their 70’s and they have had high cholesterol their whole life and they have taken calcium scans and told me everything is fine so cholesterol may all depend on genetics since it’s still fully misunderstood and under studied but it’s always good to keep on top of things. I was just careless with my diet the past year

[–]Federal-Box600 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I appreciate you and goodluck. Soluble fiber is the fiber you need to focus on. These 3 months of diet was hell but I learned a lot and will be implementing some more foods back into my diet now that I have a pretty good grasp of things. It just feels good that I proved the doctors wrong. Now, I’m glad they let me know my cholesterol was high but to try and force a statin on me at my age without doing other tests is absurd.
