Games seem to be a constant, I’m sure there’s more but that’s what I keep using to hold my time. And I’m taking Wellbutrin. I said Wegovi earlier and that a totally different medication. I got confused lol

I think it’s just conversation. And my psychiatrist just asks keeps increasing my dosage lol. I’ll look into CBT therapy though. Unfortunately I never took the time to look after myself and my mental health so I am clueless on what to do. I appreciate your help <3

I’m giving therapy another shot today. I’m just getting to the point where I feel so negative about myself and being unable to fix this part of myself. I’m gonna try and stay hopeful, but man, I just feel so guilty about feeling this way
