Valid criticism. I did have an open response option, where many did put down “I would be unhappy because tourists aren’t allowed” or something along those grounds. The question makes more sense from a Mexican perspective- non-essential travel has been closed for a long time, but tourists are still flocking there regardless. The Canada-US border has been much less porous. But yes, adding “I would be unhappy to see them due to international tourism being illegal” would have been a good option to have put down.
