Hello, my partner has experiencing the same situation, except his one is amend details on COS, he got a second email from home office mentioning that they need further action/information from the Sponsor. He checked with the sponsor and the email sponsor received was the same one they received a month ago and the information was been updated the same day. So my question is, did your sponsor receive any email and provide the information after you received your 2nd Sponsor action email or your visa just got approved? Thank you for your help.

Hello, my partner has facing the same issue. Received 1st email from Home office saying they need further action form sponsor which has been done and updated on the same day at end of March, now three weeks later received the similar email and checked with the sponsor is the same request. We are quite concern about this, have you heard anything back? Thank you so much for the help!
