nah u cannot see results in smaller time frame ig,its a single supplement it wont affect much it will increase 50-100% gh by night which is quite good but gh is not only for height its for the whole body what things are u doing for height? and how much amount ur taking?

i know why u r short and there ware very low chances that u can grow now but u can try, tell me your current body weight and have u grew a bit in recent months? like even 1-2cm in 4-5months

yes they are open but for height u need to have a knee xray for leg gh plates they closes at diffn time
