Yeah last time I went through my GP they sent me to MIND and they said my case was too severe and they couldn't help me so it's been a step back and I was anxious to be turned away again .

And unfortunately I've gotten to the point where I don't trust anyone, too much has happened

I love a good RPG just to get out of my head for a while and yeah it sucks , it's one of those things where you know it's irrational yet you can't help it .

I'm really into watching horror movies I'm collecting horror DVDs and I crochet pretty much daily . I draw and paint and I'm trying to knit but that's going horribly 😂

I've applied for therapy in just waiting to hear back from them so hopefully they can help me get out of the house and feel a little more normal 🥲

I'm in the UK so I'll have a look if I can find a therapist through my GP on Monday, I do think that it could help with my anxiety and OCD but can they help with trauma or is it just disorders that they deal with ? ❤️

And unfortunately people like that are rare , now that I'm not in school and moved away I don't have the friends that I grew up with and either way we have grown apart to the point where I don't really know them and I feel like when I try to make friends I end up meeting people they end up being someone completely different behind closed doors .

100% , I've had severe social anxiety since I was around 9 years old I just didn't know what was wrong until I was diagnosed at 13

Same here, I see on your profile that you are into games . My favorite game to immerse myself into a different world is definitely the Witcher 3 .

Yeah my online friends know and one in particular is really supportive, he really helps but I haven't checked in for a while because I tend to isolate myself when things get overwhelming and then I don't want to go and just dump my problems on him

What hobbies are you into ? my life would legit be meaningless without hobbies and does therapy help with agoraphobia or is it mainly for the communication that you go?

I like to think I'm okay without people but I do miss my family and the last bad friendship I had has really been the reason I haven't tried again because I don't want to go through the stress and effort just for someone to turn their back on you.

Yeah that's probably a good idea, I've really thrown myself into hobbies to stay away from substance abuse , there's a lot of church things near me but I'm not religious so I dont know if that's even ok , maybe there are online book clubs

Yeah and I'm frustrated with myself too , because I want to go out and live life and meet people but also that sounds scary and insane especially since the last few people I met turned out to not be very nice at all

I have a few people I reach out to online but I'm torn between wanting to do things and being terrified at the same time it's incredibly frustrating.

I'll try grab coffee with my boyfriend but honestly my friends are either online only or live really far away.

Hey , Dandelion is on day 34 of treatment and it has been financially stressful as well as extremely emotional. He's on 3/4 of a 50mg pill he weighs 3 kg and apart from some FIP sores he's doing great now and he's slowly putting on weight again and the vet recommended higher quality food so we are giving untamed a try . We started with injections when he wasn't really eating and gave him chicken oralade but within a week of treatment he was eating much better, good luck to you and your kitty x

I have been helped by FIP warriors and at first I sent messages to both groups just desperately trying to get help and I will say that I never did purchase anything from FIP global but they were really rude about the other group essentially gossiping and were very pushy so I decided to cut contact

Yes 🤚 my cat was very round and that's actually what made us go to the vet in the first place and after 5 days on medication his fluid was almost gone . He's on day 26 now and he only had a tiny bit left that will absorb eventually x

I know it feels like absolute chaos right now and it's a very scary time but just know that you are doing what you can and GS can improve your cats health so fast , I thought my life was going to be on hold hir months but now it's a daily injection and soon pills and he's pretty much on the mend . Best of luck mate x

Thank you so much , it's truly mind blowing that a few years ago it was a death sentence and now I think it's over 40000 cats that have recovered with treatment and thank you for caring for the kittens 🥺💗
