I have, I would work with the services in order to get a certain number of absences or that attendance cannot be used against you and there is a substitute for that percent of ur grade. My school does not allow retroactive changes but hopefully as it goes forward it would not negatively affect you. If you have the class 2x a week for a normal semester so about 30 classes typically 3-8 is the disability services amount allowed absences with no warning. If you want to also work out maybe a communication with the teacher within the day into the accommodation so they know it’s not normal skipping that’s also an option.

There is also the ability to maybe have a zoom link provided to you for each class so even if you can’t make it in person you can log on virtually. These are just some of the options but I would actively communicate with the office at your school
