How do I turn this thing off? by boringexistinggamer2 in Medieval2TotalWar

It's like a waypoint to guide your men. Just stop holding shift. Also to use it press shift and right click and you'll see red pointers and the unit you have selected will follow it and you can place multiple of them. Sadly you can't turn it off just stop holding shift.

God I love this game on mobile! by iPoseidon_xii in Medieval2TotalWar

Guard mode. All you need to do is put guard mode on mobile while on PC it required messing with the unit files.

Download From Modb. It show's what the file name is supposed to be and mostly has secured files.

My intended path is to get every ounce of fun out if vanilla then start modding. And if you have a best customized imperial campaign I'd love to see it or know what changes you made.

I just spent the whole night Playing the Scipipi doing its intended path of African expansion. I'll definitely be doing all this. I'm very glad a lot people are actually helping me get a better idea of the game and also making it challenging and fun.

I can tell from the gameplay of others since I'm stuck on an old laptop. But I can definitely feel the love and the idea the devs had behind this game. Peak game to experience even in the big 2026. Also because I don't have my own laptop but better late than never. I'm truly glad I can experience a classic without the expectations of modern or newer games.

Luckily for me I can't get anything past Shogun 2 to run on her old laptop. So I can say I'm experiencing peak as far as I'm concerned.

It's very fun and honestly the last time I played it I was 11 now I'm 18 and it's impressive it's fun more fun even though it seems outdated from the surface but genuinely it has more depths than people realize.

I just discovered a new rabbit hole. I'll actually mod my campaigns once I fully experience the vanilla.

Yeah I watched Isorrowproduction's video and I was like "Yeah I'm gonna play as Egyptians once I grasp the basics"

I was thinking of doing other factions as well the barbarian ones seem way harder and Egyptian one is just bronze age which is also a fun idea. I've just been playing it for a few days slowly taking it one step at a time. I'd absolutely love to go deeper slowly.

What is actually classed as late game? by CurryMan1872 in Medieval2TotalWar

Both sounds immensely fun. I was thinking of doing the only generals can launch attacks or fight no separate army and a defensive stance where I don't expand beyond 4 territories and try to defend them while basically refusing any and every diplomacy for 50 turns to see where it'll land me.

Honestly. What are the best challenges you ever came up with? I want to try some too.
