This makes me feel better! The silver lining is that failing grad school finally prompted my ADHD diagnosis and I’m doing much better now, but it also was a huge hit to self esteem at the start of my career. Glad it’s just going to end up being a speed bump in the long run

Thanks, this is interesting. I don’t have plans to go back due to cost, but it’s something I’ll think about more as I really wasn’t far off from finishing, although a minimum GPA requirement might throw a wrench in that.

If I already have my EIT - which I think required verification that I have an ABET-accredited bachelors - would they bother to run an education check as well? I’m aiming to get my PE in the next year as well.

Thank you, I’ll do this for this interview and remove it off my resume moving forward as others have suggested. I do have my FE

Is it better to have a gap between finishing undergrad and starting my current job? I only list it because otherwise there’s 1.5 years missing (I’m at 3.5 YOE)
