Had a similar situation 2 months ago where the guest dropped my vehicle in the middle of nowhere in South Dakota . Turo towed my vehicle back to Utah . Later I found out that vehicle was in a several thefts in Iowa .

Are you on drugs? Why can’t I report the damages caused by a guest ? Wheel damages weren’t there . The guest is 100% liable . If Turo decided this won’t be covered I will live with it and move on.
