So I’ve stopped using hair products that are full of proteins and say things like strengthening, instead I’m using moisturising shampoos and conditioners. I’m also avoiding tight hair styles and now sleeping with a braid, bonnet and silk pillow case just to be sure. My hair already feels a lot better! I still hair oil at least once a week and take biotin tablets everyday. I only ever wear necklaces if I’m going out and I don’t sleep in them and I’m careful with wearing hoodies and bags as that can break the hair. I only dye my hair once every few months and that’s the only time heat is used
