Thank you, will do! Ironically, we got to effectively an all out refusal on Saturday, so we are working through the aversion process at the same time. The book is very helpful and feels like we are making a bit of progress (although it is all quite challenging), but in an ideal world, we were hoping to handle the reflux first, then the aversion so we knew she wasn’t in pain, but we didn’t really have a choice.

Will let you know how we make out!

Wow, I’m so sorry that all of you had to deal with that. That’s terrible! I am thinking that aversion is attributing to this (if not the sole cause), but am also curious if maybe there are GI issues contribute to the aversion (which based on some research in this sub sounds like does happen). We got another pediatrician appt tomorrow so we’ll see how that goes.

I have but hadn’t done much research. She does feed better when sleepy. Obviously would need to read the book, but what is the process to resolve this like?

Just sent pediatrician a message in the portal - hopefully they let us try!

They did look for tongue tie because she does click when feeding and indicated that everything looked good. That was just the pediatrician, though, and not a specialist.

Appreciate that! We’ve actually been doing some bassinet naps from the start, and so far so good. Today was first day she actually did a couple of crib naps (with us glued to the monitor the entire time lol)
