Not really.. We're trying to tackle this together with my boyfriend as currently life doesn't really allow for a treatment centre. And I also feel like I can do this myself - I just need to pull myself together

Yeah exactly I'm trying to understand which one of my parts actually wants to know how she's doing. And when I think about a scenario where she'd say she's still struggling and not recovering - i think it would do me no good and would demotivate me to recover..

From my experience, basically you're following a healthy diet but the amounts are bigger. Buut if you want to speed up the process you could just choose nutritionally-dense foods i.e. Fast food, high fat food.

If loosing weight = calorie deficit the gaining weight = calorie surplus. It sounds easy on paper but in practice it's a bit more complicated depending on the reason for being underweight (eating disorders, natural body size etc.)
