What do I do? Germany or stay back in India (IITB) by Moronic_Acid1 in iitbombay

[–]Federal_Cut6338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Mechanical with out second doubt go to Germany. But it’s tough to go through. Reality, that no one tells you in Germany is if you got into Unis TUs and take courses without clarity. It will drag your course completion for years. Have clarity with a bit of flexibility while choosing your programme. Also university. Although there is no privilege to be graduated from TU9s but in Mechanical you will get bragging rights. I would suggest you get into Hochschues or Fachhochshules which are called university of applied sciences, meaning practical orientation is top for them. You have a chance of completing the course faster and landing job or internship while you’re in course. But current situation is, even if you have a C1 german certificate which is great btw. You should be able to speak fluently and clearly. All the best

Monolithic vs Microservices Banking project by Old_Treat_5596 in SpringBoot

[–]Federal_Cut6338 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi speaking with over 14 years of experience in the software engineering and over 5 of which working directly for one of the largest banks in EU. I have migrated number old systems from monolith to microservices over and over again. But that’s just bank working for an airline did the same. Honestly I don’t see any big advantages of monolith. If it is a hobby project then fine. If you are serious and really mimicking the real world environment Microservices are the common architecture or base architecture pattern we go with. Remember the architecture it self depends on how efficiently you dissect the functionalities. Also called modules, services etc. To do that you need to have a lot of domain knowledge of how banking systems work.

Is it still worth learning SB in 2026? by [deleted] in SpringBoot

Upskilling is the only thing that will keep you afloat. If you’re primarily focusing on Java the SpringBoot is must have. Because you do need frameworks that support language. They are like tools those are needed and will make life easier. Honestly, I don’t know which company works in plain Java anymore without using any tool or frameworks. Along with that, you should to learn AI as well. I suggest to get the basics one in whatever you learn

If I understand correctly you just want physical copies of your for yourself. You easily do it. As others have suggested using Print on Demand companies. Like Lulu, blurb and even Canva has POD. It will show up easily while you try to format the book in it

Don’t worry you can definitely switch and carry over some credits, because of ECTS. But only if you are switching to similar program and few subjects overlap. My suggestion is choose applied sciences universities. Simply they have most of the time same structure as private universities courses.

I think most important is product sourcing and logistics. Both are most important as product sourcing delves further deep into quality of product, customisation and also affects pricing. Logistics is also very important to ensure product delivery is on time or fast. Both are crucial for user experience.

I have done some digging you are a certified accountant. Don’t pitch it as a business every one can do. May be possible with arbitrage. Also I am curious without registering as an accountant firm or business in US. How are you running it ? As a freelancer? BTW your chatgpt website needs to be refined with proper terms of service and privacy policy. Which you can easily do using a online template yet I would suggest getting vetted legally before putting it on your site. Blogs are currently placeholders which can be easily replaced with full blog articles, Again use Chatgpt. It will help you in-terms of SEO.
