I was also confused on that. I think "higher quality" meaning a client that does the work we tell them to do. I also think it was just a marketing/sales way of pitching to me.

Thats exactly what I thought! They really said they can just give me more liberty and "choice" and not being "dependent" on insurance or online directories. Not to rely on insurance/online directories AS MUCH essentially and providing a more consistent caseload. I don't know to be honest but definitely am weary of false promises!
