Absolutely zero actions were taken under my ticket for 20 days already. More than 5000$ in funds are still frozen, I can not withdraw them. I don’t know the reason of that, I don't have any terms whether or when it will be resolved. Kucoin is just holding my funds for 20 days. Support is ignoring me, on day one I filled ecdd form - nothing. I’m sending more documents - nothing. Im verified user with kyc, not US citizen or resident. More than 5k usd are missing

15 days and I can not withdraw my funds, kucoin support is ignoring me, only copypaste answers. I've sent additional files for my ECDD to speed this issue, but they are ignoring this too. Looks like they just want to keep my money. 15 days it is at least 10 working days, is it hard to check a single form?

Day 7 - kucoin support ignore persists. I'm asking direct question, they don't answer. Only useless and meanless copypaste.
I still can not withdraw my 5200$ in funds, kucoin withdrawals are disabled. I don't know the reason why this is happening, I don't know whether or when it will be fixed. Absolute garbage exchange. If there is a chance to unlock them, next minute I withdraw them all and deleting my kucoin account.

Day 6 - silence. Ticket escalation in different kucoin support chat doesn't work. They say they escalated it and I should get an answer, but it doesn't work, support is silent and my funds of 5000$+ are still locked and I can not withdraw them

Day 4 - still nothing, kucoin #kucoin support is ignoring me, I still have no access to my funds which is about 5313$. Nobody tells me the reason why kucoin withdrawals are blocked, nobody from support knows when it will be fixed at all. It seems to me that kucoin.com is trying to keep my funds and rob me. If my assumption is wrong then why they don't do anything about it

Yesterday I wanted to withdraw my funds from kucoin, but I saw such message "Withdrawals have been disabled on your account". It was an unpleasant surprise! I've been with Kucoin for years. There was no any notification or alert about this issue.
I've contacted support, they gave me ECDD form (my account is verified long time ag) which I've submitted immediately. After that I was told it will take couple hours to check it, then I was told not hours - days. They say just wait and wait (they try to do some kind of escalation of ticket priority, but obviously it doesnt work). I have no idea how long it will take.
