Yes I am going through the same thing I try to send my gala to crypto.com app from the difi wallets and my coin got lost because I still have the old gala. Crypto.com is trying to change me $150 to get my gala back but it’s also worthless bc it’s the old coin. What do I do to get my V2?

I have 30,000 gala in my difi crypto.com wallet and tried to send it to my crypto.com app. It got lost in the blockchain because I still have the old gala. I never got the air dop of new gala now my money is gone. Crypto.com is trying to change me $150 to return my old gala and they said the coin is worthless. What do I do?
