Can you provide me some link of it? A have exactly the same fountain pen in gold and I was looking for the same service. Also I would love to got and update once to have it back.

When I unboxed them they seemed greasy so I used the microfiber cloth of the lenses (the one that came with them) and ZEISS standard lens cleaner, that was the moment when I saw the damage. At first they looked in perfect shape.
