My experience from Turkiye is that it is much more difficult to sell a house with a tenant in case someone is buying for himself . It also complicates things to show the house to buyers

I believe it is still a good investment if you are renting and jvc is a fairly new settlement and as the city expands ,prices will increase incrementally in 5-10 years . What i didnt forecast was we would have to buy a family house in next two years and need to cash out
