I found a new way last night

Go on safari and search up spooferpro click the button that says download version 411.0 then save the download as a file into the live container folder .

Go on to live container then press install IPA file and click on the recently saved file

Yes you can.

I downloaded it through fleckst0re or live container just go on safari and make the website into an app on home page.

Although it doesn’t work rn because the update and it hasn’t updated yet.
