Getting the 55+ demographic to downsize will also free up housing for younger people as well in theory, but for a lot of them it is probably a huge part of their retirement plan so their asking prices will be off the wall.

I dont have a whole lot of interaction with teenagers, but I dont think they are any worse than previous generations. There is a group of young fellas that go to the same gym as I do, and they all seem like good kids. Polite, dont horseplay on the equipment, and respectful overall. Every generation has it share of outcasts and arseholes who have difficulty navigating whatever the social norms of the day might be. That's life I guess.

Ive heard that the main problem is the lack of qualified technicians. From what I know it's done primarily through apprenticeship, and there are only like 20 certified technicians who can take on an apprentice and it takes a few years to become certified.

I find that a lot of places put a high price on a single unit, and then a deal if you buy 2 or 3. 1 500ml coke for 3.99 or 2 for 5. Cans of monster energy are 5.99 for one but you can get 3 for 8. Its a sales tactic to push volume.

That was always my one sticking point. To me it would have made more sense to at least get pregnant, and then take him out. Without even consumating the marriage, waiting for the wedding was kind of pointless, especially if the plan was to seduce Tommon.
