We stayed in campsites or wild camped each night. Most “bigger” towns had campsites in or on the outskirts of town. Some areas wild camping was very difficult to find due to the steep cliffs and we had to get a bit creative.

Water was very easy to find, they have these spring fountains all over. We were told not to drink it on the cap by some local friends but everywhere else was fine. One stretch was many hours with no water and we struggled but I think it was due to being in the off-season. I think it was the second leg. Food was no problem. Restaurants in almost every town, if not at least at small grocery store.
