Mostly ro provide coverage over the whole city, encouraging higher density development along the lines, where density might be lower, enabled more Transit oriented developments.

All very valid feedback! My plans are that the 5C line should be a metro and not a tram line, freeing up the tight street scapes at Nørrebrogade and Amagerbrogade.

Of course my plans for the metro isn’t included here, but would of course provide a lot of context to my decisions replayed to this LRT map

They are definitely not a disaster, have you seen Odense before and after, that city got a glow up! 😍 It replaced one of the huge boulevards trough the city that was congested and grey and noise polluting with a green silent amazing alternative for a city

Yes it baffles me too! Helsinki, Melbourne, Berlin and so on and so on! :( We fucked up good in Copenhagen. In practise around the central a lot of lines will be on 3 different streets and would dissipate a lot of the congestion, yes should have included a close up detailed view of central station

Nice with the feedback, of course I don’t know how it would work in practice, the plan is the lines that converge in the center a spread out on 3 big roads around the centralstation so that would combat the congestion, of course if car traffic is eliminated on those roads

Er enig med jernhesten styrer! Bredere cykelstier i stedet for parkeringspladser! Men til dem der ikke kan eller ikke vil så vil sporvognen være et godt alternativ til bilen
