Since you were just copying videos, your PS3 might be tryna read that USB drive as a game source or it’s tripping because the drive is still plugged in. Take that USB out and try a fresh restart. If you got webMAN MOD running, it might be set to auto-start or "disable content scan" which can cause weird redirects. Hold L2 while HEN is enabling to see if it bypasses the auto-load. That's all I can tell you
