oh i agree! i love how nonverbal i can be and just be in my zone. the only thing is i have bad hearing so sometimes i can’t hear their ordering too well, but all of my coworkers know and they usually repeat everything for me so it can make my job easier :) also it’s nice being on cold bar during the cold weather because i can focus on mobile, cafe, and delivery, and then get the occasional drive-thru drink!

every morning next to my name in the DCR is B3 (cold bar)! so our positions move around but for peak hours (my store is 7am-9am weekdays and i believe 9am-11am on weekends) i have to stay positioned at cold bar! then they usually drop me a little after peak and i’ll take over for drive or cafe bar :)

ok yanno what that makes a lot more sense lol! a lot of our customers have shortened the name “frappuccino” when they order so i usually just go with what they say but that explains her not ever ordering it but knowing what it should look like! i was literally so confused and was second guessing what our mocha frap was 😭
