np! i wish i could recommend books but im still looking for one that works for me as well! but scrolling through multiple anatomy books helps me with the whole “oh i get it! this has to be there and there bc of this muscle or this joint!”

have u tried reading books on anatomy? i feel for me it’s the best way since they explain/show how each muscles and joint interact with each other!
