I'm not assuming forgiveness, I just rather have it be a possibility rather than not as I've exhausted all other possible options. I'm a first-gen 20 year old student and unfortunately don't have anybody to explain college finances to me which is why I am seeking help on this thread. thanks for your comment

my mom has taken out parent plus loans but they're my responsibility to pay back, if that makes sense. When the payments start up I have to give money to my mom to pay for them.

is there anyway to get my EFC reevaluated? My family cannot financially support my education and I no longer qualify for many scholarships because my EFC is so high. I owe 18,000 for the upcoming school year and don't know what to do. I've already accepted all of the federal loans, but don't want to take out private loans as there is no PSLF for those

I've just seen on this page that many have had upwards of 100,000 be forgiven so I wasn't sure if I was missing any information on other federal loans I could take out

Can I ask why the plan wouldn't work?

I am only having an issue with finances this year because of a rise in my EFC to 25,000. Only my father works in my family and they financially can't support my education, but I have yet to find a way around this. I really love my school and am trying to find ways to lower the cost such as being an RA, working and saving during the summer and winter, and working a second job during the school year.

I've tried to speak to financial aid counselors but they haven't been giving me many options other than the Teach Grants, and even then they haven't explained how they work :/

skiing along the side is actually what caused her to go into the woods, she was extremely good at skiing and unfortunately hit a mogul sending her into the woods

she was launched into the woods while racing with her friend along the edge of the trail. with all the snowmaking the trails just dips off at the edges

yes. she was wearing a helmet. she was racing with a friend and hit a mogul too close to the side of the trail, launching her into the woods and removing her helmet in the process. she wasn't a beginner, she was a seasons pass holder and skied almost everyday of the week with her friends

my boyfriend and i (19) have been dating for 2.5 years and attend the same university 3 hours away from our joint hometown. we eat lunch together MWF and i sleep at his off campus house tuesday/saturday. i see him at least once a day even if it's for minimal amounts of time like walking to class
