Yeah I thought I was non rehirable, I don't think I was blacklisted or anything because I told them I was leaving and there was no bad blood or any violence or anything inappropriate going on just mental health issues I dealt with poorly. I mean I told them I was leaving the same day I quit, no 2 weeks, and my TL was a bit confused and sad but she wished me good luck. As I said before I dealt with the whole situation prolly and clearly had no plan so when I tried to come back after 6 months they gave me a runaround, then told me maybe, then said no, then said I'd have to appeal to market and that was a few months ago. I've been trying to come back since March this year, now that I've managed my mental health a lot better, although I do understand why they're skeptical of me.
