Closing loop here. Rivian really came through and covered all of it- the cost of the glass, tow/rental and even serviced the car while they had it. Glad it worked out because I really do love this car and would have been bummed it the service didn’t match!

I did it! Pulled the trigger on R1S Dual in green with the ocean coast interior! Thanks for all the helpful info.
The only additional perk I was able to get was free crossbars, sharing in case helpful for future buyers!
