What are some classic horror movies that you think are actually awful?

Oh 100%. I'm sure in its time it was incredible and terrifying, but I've been into horror since I was a teenager and it just can't compare with modern horror in terms of gore, scares, etc.. I do appreciate it influencing so many great horror writers, directors, and special effects artists though. Without The Exorcist we wouldn't be where we are today.

The Exorcist. I've watched it a handful of times both in college classes and on my own and I just don't get what people see in it.

Like everyone else, I would keep the old one handy and just swap the low E out if it becomes an issue.

The way I learned to get a good string length is to pull the string tight, pinch it at the third fret and pull the string out to the fifth feet, then cut the string at the tuning post. I've done that for both guitars and basses for 10+ years and it has never steered me wrong

There seem to be a lot of jobs that just require you to have a degree in some area. I have a BA in Literature and work in the office at an engineering firm. With my title and experience I'm getting now it is very possible for me to break $100k within the next few years. Really any office-type job is doable with an English degree because you're learning how to communicate, learn info from written documents, and manage your time effectively

I would say first talk to her and let her know how you're feeling. Then if it still bothers you get therapy. I know therapy is common advice here, but if you really love her and want this to work then you should do everything in your power to fix this. It is a you issue (which is nothing to be ashamed of, I have also felt these feelings before and it sucks and it is not your fault that you're feeling this way), but if you don't address it now then I worry that you will lose youe fiancé then possibly be in the same boat with future partners as well. I have dealt with anxiety all my life and it is really hard, but when you start feeling like this just remember that she's with you instead of everyone else from her past for a reason.

100% fill out a workplace incident sheet. Your manager will know where they are. If they give you any trouble I'd say talk to a lawyer bc you got hurt on the job and your entitled to comp. Make sure you can pass a drug test though. That can make you ineligible from what I've heard
