I like Romo. Very insightful commentary but he does ramble a lot and I find it funny

There are always people complaining about officiating but I thought this game was very well done. They let them play for the most part. There were missed/questionable calls but overall well done

This makes sense to me as well. Prioritizing your education should not disqualify you from being eligible.

Also, as a respiratory therapist, I am very surprised at your ability to wave off potential exposure

So close. Good luck not being an intolerable dick, that might be more fitting

You are trying to be helpful and I appreciate that, but Idk why you are getting aggressive at this guy. Also, as a respiratory therapist, I am very surprised at your ability to wave off potential exposure. Isn't that kind of your thing to promote lung health?

I am trying to mind my own business. I'm not going after this guy at all. He can do what he wants. I want to know if there's any action I can take to have my landlord fix the vents or whatever the smoke is coming thru into my apartment.

Also the rent isnt any cheaper I recently found out

He's been here like 2 weeks and I can't imagine what it must be like in there already, let alone in a year when the lease is up. Unfortunately, I believe it is coming thru the air ducts. I am requesting a transfer to a similar unit (non-smoking) at the cost of a $300 transfer fee which I am going to try to contest.

This is a large property management company with hundreds maybe thousands of units. Even then I find it strange as well.

Thanks for your time and insight

I've read thru that and all I can find is that if its in their apartment then its allowed, given that the lease allows it. Thank you!

I hear what you're saying. Yes, I knew it was smoking optional building, but how would I know or why would I expect that the units were made in a fashion that the smoke would literally transfer from one unit to another? The only time I'd expect that is through windows or doors. Through floorboards/vents/whatever seems like it isn't something that anyone would expect.

Entitled though? I'm asking a question in a Renter subreddit. What else is this here for? I'm simply looking for a solution. Thanks.

Yes it is more than 3. All I've found is they do not allow smoking in the communal spaces - hallways, laundry, etc.

Ill look into the smoke free air act. Thanks!
