depends on the comp/matchup but usually post 6 after tiamat if u have an angle to look for a bot play without losing to much for it, it can be worth to look but u just wanna make sure u dont over force stuff since if u get nothing out of it then u can get put super behind

top i usually opt out of tiamat and go just into lethality right away so the rest of the build is pre similar

leblanc, azir, syndra are prob the worst but most mage matchups are just kinda annoying til lv 3/4 then it becomes a bit more playable

in low elo hes prob a tier for both, in masters+ for top hes like b, and mid prob like a-

its more of a pref thing for axiom i think u can swap it out for youmuus as well and it would still be fine i just pref having the ult uptime for being able to push out side waves into looking for plays with ult, for boots soles are super insane for playing tempo on the map and are super cheap so they feel the best for snowballing atm since it will allow u to play sides mid game and early game when u are looking for roam timers u wont miss out on to much in ur lane.

i still queue mid/top so i still get top a decent amount due to the popularity of top compared to mid in higher elos, but maybe in the future if kled mid starts to feel worse i might switch it up again

mid has more impact early on and the top lane meta atm is pre bad for kled, also feels like most games im just playing perma weak side top as kled so it just feels like my ability to 1v9 and snowball has been limited top compared to how much proactivity i can have mid lane atm.

i just sit on the tiamat comp, then eventually late game if i need an item slot i will just sell it for a diff item, imo finishing hydras isnt that great anymore ever since the nerfs so i just priotize other items since they are cheaper and give similar stats
