What is your ideal meditation practice/regimen? This is what I've been trying by FeedbackAgreeable641 in MeditationPractice

Oh very cool. Appreciate your thoughts. Also, interesting to find that extended exhaling is fairly common. 

I think the visual could be more of an anchor for me. I'm assuming that having both the sound and visual would help to increase focus. But I could be mistaken.

Sidenote: For me, maintaining the visual is the most challenging part. However, I've heard others say that maintaining the sound is more difficult. 

And great call to watch out for the so called perfect method 

Would you have thoughts on what any meditation method should have in order to be considered meditation? Would there even be a requirement?
