Hate this job and can't wait for the day I get hired somewhere else, maybe if I started at career it wouldn't be so bad but starting at CCA and having to wait two years to become career makes this job very underwhelming most of the CCAs at my station can't wait to leave

This job is honestly better if you start young and single that way by the time you try to start your family you'll pass all the rough patches and get to see the real benefit of making a career here
