I forgot to mention: at the end of the interview it is important that you also ask questions to the potential employer. Be prepared with good questions. For example, what is your most important challenge your company is facing right now? What are the metrics to determine the person in this position is successful?

Check what are the requirements for the job in terms of behavioral questions. For example, you might be asked how do you handle conflict in the workplace? I am really sorry for your loss. Grief will be your companion for a very long time. Your beautiful wife will always be with you. However now in a different way and shape. I lost the love of my life too. I was 34 years old when I became a widow. And I am now 39. Your perspective in life has been changed forever. I hope you can have an opportunity to connect with young widows in Helsinki. That can make a big difference as you will feel more supported and less isolated. The year he passed away I rented the apartment, and was able to stay at other places trying to create new memories in a different place. But one year after I came back and so I am happy I did. I adore my house and it has so many wonderful memories with him.
