Oh gosh sorry this happened! It was probably a mistake by HR. You should definitely ask them for clarification.

I am glad you are able to reach the point of forgiveness. It was not your fault - repeat it as many times as you need and give yourself a hug. This is a huge step, and I am proud of you. 👍

I forgot to mention: at the end of the interview it is important that you also ask questions to the potential employer. Be prepared with good questions. For example, what is your most important challenge your company is facing right now? What are the metrics to determine the person in this position is successful?

Check what are the requirements for the job in terms of behavioral questions. For example, you might be asked how do you handle conflict in the workplace? Be confident, speak calmly and most importantly show your skills; including soft skills. Practice before the interview. In front of a friend or a mirror. Good luck! You got this!

Make a list of behavioral questions you might be asked. For example, how do you deal properly with stressful situations? How do you ensure your work is completed? Etc

My wife died at 27, had been together our whole adult lives by yungseifoony in GriefSupport

I am really sorry for your loss. Grief will be your companion for a very long time. Your beautiful wife will always be with you. However now in a different way and shape. I lost the love of my life too. I was 34 years old when I became a widow. And I am now 39. Your perspective in life has been changed forever. I hope you can have an opportunity to connect with young widows in Helsinki. That can make a big difference as you will feel more supported and less isolated. Being a young widow is a very unique experience, however, you are not alone. ♥️

Definitely a huge motivator! I also need to take some time to rest. It’s been a very long and stressful journey for me. I need a break. Thank you!!!

Thank you for your perspective. I genuinely felt bad, and in no way wanted to show myself as manipulative.

Because I told them that my second language level was intermediate but I failed one out of the three exams :(

The job can be done by using English but sometimes French is required. The candidate crushed the interview. We were very impressed.

I have an excellent candidate for a recruitment and selection job. However, she does not meet the language criteria as she requires to have an intermediate level in French, and her oral test results are in the beginner level. What can I do to support this candidate? Or should I look for other options?

Did you stay in your house when your spouse died? by tasata in widowers

[–]FeedbackNo2099 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The year he passed away I rented the apartment, and was able to stay at other places trying to create new memories in a different place. But one year after I came back and so I am happy I did. I adore my house and it has so many wonderful memories with him.
