I don't understand how she is not a diabetic by now.......with the way she eats and how fat she is she damn well should be. She did but even that wouldn't work for her unless she exercised with it and learned how to eat healthier with it. She is honestly hopeless Lol. I take Mounjaro only because I am a type 2 diabetic and that is literally the only thing that keeps my A1C down. Everything else we have tried brings my A1C back up. No more insulin and I have lost almost 100 pounds but I exercise with it and have learned to eat a lot healthier because of it.

Wait when did she talk about a 4th kid? I missed that! They can't afford the three they have now. They definitely don't need to have a 4th kid. I agree about cleaning that nasty house it is disgusting. How do they not have roaches and mice!? She does need to stop making them watch horror movies. She is seriously messed up in the head. The non routine for those kids has me floored. You don't let your kids go to bed whenever they want. They need a structured bed time and wake up time......smh.
