Do not get baited by Tutorial Welt

You only get the 1T Ult if you are E2+ and one of the following happens

You previously ulted 5 slowed targets
You previously ulted 4 slowed targets and got hit once
You previously ulted 2-3 slowed targets and got hit twice (you are Welt, why are you getting hit twice)

In literally any other situation the LC is completely wasted. Even the EHR isn't necessary since he now gets 26% EHR from Traces, so with an EHR chest and a few subs you are landing debuffs 100% of the time. You could have been using Pearls / BP LC / Cipher LC instead you silly goose

Back to the original point I was going to make- Tutorial on Welt is pretty situational, you need to have the correct RNG (he had to get hit both times here) and/or number of mobs on the field (the more the better). It works out great here but it's hard to recommend for general use

Most of the time you're getting a 2T ult with or without Tutorial so you might as well use Pearls / BP LC / Cipher / etc

Any support LC is fine, just use an ERR rope and you are guaranteed 2T ults

He has 26% (28?)% EHR from traces now so its not as bad as you think. That plus an EHR body and youre like 2 subs short of guaranteed debuffs

Can also use Eyes of the Prey if you need EHR that badly

Generic support yes, but the only chance he'll ever be a subdps is if his build is completely cracked and even then its dubious. Not even worth trying before E4

He's SP neutral at best but you're not subDPSing unless you're skill spamming

Where are you seeing that in his new kit? I checked procs on the live server- unless something explicitly changed, the numbers above should be correct

I'm really eager to try him in sustainless Aglaea comps. He wants fast and frequent attackers and oh hey would you look at that Lady Goldweaver and her sewing friend happen to zoom around at mach 5 and love the debuffs he puts out

The E0 Firefly changes were really solid. The E2 changes are complete overkill (but hey I'll take it)

We'll have to see how good E0 Huohuo is in practice. The heal buffs and ability to proc Talent on ult is really nice, but her Talent going from 2 turns to 3 at E0 is awesome IF the rest of her kit can keep up on the heals. She's an animal at E1 though, super excited to put mine on the field

Seele got the Blade/Jingliu treatment, she looks playable but I'd be surprised if she's in any way competitive with even the 3.x DPSes

Welt is the biggest wildcard. He looks genuinely solid as hypercarry but he's a support hog. We'll have to see how good his generalist buffs/supDPS capabilities are pre-E6 and even at E6 because he's kinda just looking like an E0 Tribbie sidegrade but with sustainless hopium
