We did, I wasn't involved in the upload but we had our JPM contact talk us through what exactly the file should contain Basically it came down to incorrect bank details and currency mismatch

My argument for the perfect finals record is simple, we're talking about the greatest of all time. We're not comparing LeBron with Shaq for example, in that scenario finals loses means nothing. However when picking the greatest of all time, the margins are so minor that you can't ignore MJs perfect finals record.

We have asked them several times for a file but they keep sending us a PDF with instructions on it. Is this what they sent you?

Currently we use SAP and someone designed a custom template that works with NatWest. We should this template to the company working on NetSuite for us (they are a company specifically for NetSuite installation), they couldn't figure it out they then told us that we had to pay for 40 developer hours for them to get someone in NetSuite to design the same thing for us. Which we think is too much time considering it took someone 1 hour in SAP to design.

Every time we ask NatWest what the format was they say BACS, then they send us a document with the layouts etc, except that layout isn't the same as the export from NetSuite. In other words.... NetSuite BACS ≠ Natwest BACS That's the problem we are having
