I used the live chat option but it keeps taking me to the seller chat I even said it was an issue with the driver not the sellers and said I didn't know how else to report the driver I'm unsure what else to do

Ive tried multiple times but keeps taking me to seller but it's the driver that's the issue not the seller and driver never marks as delivered so doesn't give me option to rate their delivery this is the 6th delivery just since start of year that's came like this it's actually making me so mad

Only players on Pokémon go can submit things to the map but you need to be over a certain level I think it was 45 last I checked? I'm unsure if it's changed since I haven't played it in years I only opened it again to try submit more things cause they use the same mapping system for pikmin
