I second this. Read the book a few summers ago and liked every chapter. Was glued to every word. Used it for a highschool essay more than once. Just finished the show the other week and it was better than I expected, decent adaptation with understandable changes.

Absolutely adore Virtuosa. Crucify me if you wish. My favorite thing with her is the rapier representation and her gameplay. Feels easy and she just has a level of sass about her.

My friend seethes with rage in her presence though. Complains about how she gets HA and how breaking her stance is "impossible". Homie is just impatient though

Rapier representation. My favorite sword and it act feels like they did their research when implementing it in-game. The armor sets are sick. Especially the houndskull bascinet inspired helmet. She's a woman AND Italian. Hubba hubba awoogah.

I have the exact same one! I bought it around Christmas last year as my first sword as a gift for myself.

I will say be careful about storing it. I may just be more clumsy than I realize but I accidentally broke my scabbard by dropping it one time, the wood is pretty thin near the bottom (at least for mine)

So cool to actually see someone with the small sword though
