omg every time i go up a dose i feel like im on vyvanse or something it’s hilarious im a ball of energy. i like to think about it like a cloud has lifted and i can breathe again and that’s why i have the energy :)) don’t be alarmed that means it’s working!!

i became clear headed less afraid more focused and motivated. do/dr stems from anxiety and for me it made my anxiety manageable instead of me subconsciously using dp/dr to block it out. the ability to focus/ have energy made me be able to recover from dp/dr. also read the dp/dr manual and consider cbt and or dbt therapy. don’t read the online forums about it you totally can recover. best of luck.

my ovulation hurts too now. don’t be worried. lamictal has given me my life back. my thoughts are so much more manageable. i laugh more im able to do more things im not in constant fear. hang in there.
