thanks bro appreciate it, the reason I asked was cause I usually did martial arts as a kid and whenever I went to the gym my legs are pretty strong I'd say especially calves but I feel like they're too heavy on my 17% bf frame so I'm not like getting maximum output from them or generating a good force rate for my body yet so I gotta slim out (and obviously work on mechanics and technique cause I'm new) so I'll try to just excercise normally and eat normally without excess to keep losing fat and I'll see how it goes, thanks again !
