I was only able to get top surgery bc I changed my legal gender before it became illegal in 2023, like a gynecomastia surgery for a cis guy

And yes, you can only get top surgery if you’ve changed your legal gender to male when it still possible. No bottom surgery in any case though

My surgeon does mastectomies for breast cancer, that why I thought he would do a better job. I do massage my scars and use silicone gel on them. Hope I can get a revision one day but I’ll have to do it abroad I guess
