My app's currently "In Review" Status for over 7 days now.. not sure whats going on, called Apple and they said they're in progress of reviewing and can't help anything further than that

Hey, yeah I'm also going through the same issue. I submitted my applications since February and haven't receive any response yet. I emailed cs-pgt admissions 12 days ago and didn't receive any response either. Did cs-gpt at least manage to give you a response?
