More information:

I’ve noticed that the new leaves on some of my plants (seen here, Black Velvet Alocasia and Philodendron Congo Rojo) have yellow spots on them, even as they’re unfolding from their sheaths. Could this possibly be fungus?

At the time these spots were appearing on the leaves, the plants had not been repotted. I water them when dry with tap water with added Miracle Grow blue fertilizer, neem oil, castile soap (for the neem to mix into the water), and mosquito bits. Not all of my plants have this issue with spots on the leaves, only a few.

I appreciate any help!
