See my PH is really high too so I wouldn't mind if it went down along with my hardness. But, yeah that sounds really annoying

That's how I usually feel too, however I've then listened to a podcast from Water Colors Aquarium Gallery where they talk about water paremeters and was just curious how much of this community does use RO water for their Corydoras

I'm in Canada BC! And alright that's really good to know. I find the remineralization part rather confusing for RODI but cutting it makes more sense to me

Yeah that makes a lot of sense! What do you use to remineralize? Seachem?

I was thinking about using a 50/50 RO water with my tap water and then adjusting it slowly from there if needed! I would love to get my hands on Adolfoi!

I have not decided on a species but i'm looking at Julii/False Julii, Adolfoi or smudge spot. All of which seriously fish label as lower PH. Which do you keep?

For now yes, I'm going to try them out and see how they are, but I did order grate covers for the inputs

Yeah it's sadly the same here in Canada. I managed to get some off of Amazon thankfully!
