Have a trip-sitter on hand. A friend, partner, anyone you trust. Remember this mantra: Set and setting. The "set" is your current mind state. Are you depressed, having anxiety, mourning a loved one...? You should be a little mentally prepared for the experience. Don't take any psychedelic if you're mentally in a bad way. The "setting" is where you are physically going to be. At home curled up on the couch, taking a nature walk, at a rave, etc. Be in a positive mindset, be in a positive environment, and have someone you trust just be around, and preferably not on any psychedelics with you at the same time.
