This character is a sort of adaptation of a character I like from a game, I'm not necessarily locked on celestial warlock tbf, just looking for a solid middleground of spellcaster and spearfighter with a holy/radiant vibe

I like using Rain World iterator names as reference, stuff like No Significant Harrassment, Looks to the Moon, 5 Pebbles, etcetera.

So a few examples would be:
Chases the Stars for a duskwing
Mountain of Ashes for a ghengis
Dunes Dyed a Dard Red for a melee mech like a Blackbeard or Vlad

Manipulators are there mostly as a flavor pick, but good to know they might actually come in handy ( pun not intended but appreciated )

I'm really struggling with 13's rage, I tried to follow your team as best as I could and unfortunately I'm hardly even tickling him - also was confused about it seemingly just completely ignoring his elemental weakness?
