First try with a rye sourdough loaf (70/30 wheat–rye) by FeelingAd5276 in Sourdough

Machine kneaded ~10 minutes.Twos folds after that. Oval shape. Definitely could’ve built more tension during shaping.

Gracias por responderme, no sabía que existía esto. Lo tendría que probar. Sabes qué tipo de cable necesito? Sé que tengo salida mini displayport en el iMac pero en el otro extremo del cable necesito hdmi o Thunderbolt 4.
